- Air-conditioned living area with kitchen (there is a sofa, table for 2 people, secretary for food storage, large refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster)

- Large terrace (partially covered). Under the shelter there is a dining table for 6 people, two sun loungers on the covered part.
- Another terrace above the house, where you will find a stone grill and two more armchairs

The beach with sun loungers is right in front of the house. Comfortable stainless stairs allow comfortable access to the sea.
The total living area is 70 m2 + another 50 m2 of terraces.
Supermarket, bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, cafe and restaurant are about 10 minutes walk from the house along the coast. Another excellent beachfront restaurant is 50 meters from the house.
